How Long does it take to heat up the mask?

The Eye Mask will take about 5 minutes to reach it's full capacity of heat for every temperature you select.

Is there a fragrance to the mask?

No, all Comylids eye masks have no fragrance and are made with 100% natural materials.

Is the Heating Eye Mask washable?

Yes, The removable cover on all of our eye masks are 100% safe to wash but only by hand. Make sure to remove the heated pad liner from the pouch before and do not wash it in the washing machine.

Can I leave the eye mask on over night?

If you wear the eye mask as a sleeping device, we recommend to use the lowest setting of heat. The maximum time the mask stays on is 60 minutes and will shut off automatically afterwards.

My doctor suggested using a mask that you can heat up in the microwave. What's the difference?

The Comfylids heated eye mask can stay hot for up to 60 minutes whereas other masks that need to be heated in the microwave lose their warmth very quickly. It is also very convenient for traveling, just plug the USB into your laptop and you are all set!

Is the heating eye mask rechargeable?

No, it must be plugged into a USB port or a 5V adapter at all times to work.

Does the eye mask produce dry or moist heat?

It can do both! For moist heat, simply use a small spray bottle full of water and lightly spray the mask. We don't include the bottle with your purchase but if you ask for one after your order is placed, we will gladly include it in your package.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just click HERE and follow the instructions on-screen.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@comflids.com we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

When will my order arrive?

 Shipping within Canada & the USA takes around 3 to 6 business days. International parcels arrive within 7-12 business days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Canada, USA, Australia and the UK. We will soon be expanding our shipping to different countries so stay tuned!

How much is shipping?

Shipping begins at a flat rate fee of 8.00$ anywhere in Quebec or Ontario and 9.50$ everywhere else in Canada. ( except NWT, NL & BC). We get your package to you swiftly and safely for no charge at all if your order is over 65$. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to check the progress of your order. You can verify the status of your order HERE
