What is your return policy?

Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. After all, we are human which means we make mistakes!

That's why we decided to offer a 30-day money back guarantee which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you encounter any problems with the products within 30 days of receiving it, contact us and ask for a refund or replacement. You can do so by contacting us at info@comfylids.com

Conditions: The product condition should be new with the label in tact and packaged in the box the same way you received it to meet our return policy.

Once your email is received, our quality control department will review it and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label for defective or damaged items, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Do you charge for restocking fees?
We do not charge to restock any of our items.

We cover all return shipping costs for items that were defective, damaged during transportation or the product you ordered was incorrect.

You, the customer is responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if you selected the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

How do you handle damaged or defected items?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right asap.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders like E-books or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If 30 days have passed, we typically do not offer a replacement for defected or damaged items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What is your refund policy?

After a careful check of your order, if we confirm via email that you are eligible for a full refund, your refund will be processed by our internal team within 2 business days. During the first 24 hours, our customer care department will confirm the details regarding the contents of your package via email and we will issue a full refund for this order within 48 hours once complete. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you made the purchase with. A refund cannot be made to a different payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

After a few days, if you have not received your refund please double check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you still do not see your refund please contact us.
