1. Warranty Coverage

We, Comfylids, hereby provide this limited warranty for the Heated Eye Mask PRO and Heated Eye Mask Silk to the original purchaser. This Warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Benefits

During the Warranty Period, Comfylids will, at its sole discretion, replace any defective Product, free of charge. Replaced Products and parts will be covered by this Warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. This Warranty covers 250 number of uses of the Product within the designated period, as outlined under the Warranty coverage.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, improper storage, or improper maintenance of the Product.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the Product's functionality.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for use and care.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this Warranty, the Customer must:

  • Contact Comfylids Customer Service at info@comfylids.com within the Warranty Period.
  • Provide proof of purchase (such as an order number).
  • Describe the issue and the circumstances under which it occurred.

5. Warranty Resolution

Upon receiving a valid claim, Comfylids will assess the issue and determine whether the Product is eligible for warranty service. If eligible, Comfylids will provide instructions for returning the Product for repair or replacement. The Customer is responsible for shipping the Product to Comfylids in accordance with provided instructions. Comfylids will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced Product back to the Customer.
