Shipping Policy

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of only 8$ anywhere in Canada ( Except Newfoundland and Labrador) the United States & the UK.

Comfylids will pay for every part of the shipping process when getting your items to you if your order is 60$ or more.

Please do not use a PO BOX when placing your order. 

 Shipping & processing times for Canada, USA & UK:

  • Standard shipping for Canada - 8.50$

  • Standard Shipping for UK - 8.50$

  • Standard shipping for USA - 8.50$

  • Free shipping on orders over 60$

  • Handling time 1-2 days ( Monday - Friday )

  • Transit time for US & CA is 3-8 business days (Monday - Friday) 

  • Transit time for UK is 7-12 Business days (Monday - Friday)
For international parcels, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties that are owed upon arrival.

  Shipping Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, it will be sent to our warehouse to be picked, packed, and shipped right away.

Cancelling Orders:

If you change your mind after placing an order on the website, Comfylids , please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund provided your order has not been prepared and shipped.
